Governments were instituted among men in order to secure our rights. Our rights were disclosed in the Declaration of Independence. The Constitution was designed to limit Government from going beyond their bounds.
A Statesman refuses to compromise on principles. Politicians are willing to compromise, but we get to pay the consequences for their transgressions. That is how John Adams saw it. Are all men created equal? Corporations, masquerading as a Government have been attacking our rights. Under God, each of us have a right to Life, Liberty and our own Pursuit for happiness. Every generation must pay for Liberty. Liberty comes with Responsibility. You are now needed for the cause of liberty.

Subject; Paying for the Sins of Politicians
THE LAW OF THE LAND
While it is certainly true our Constitution has been gathering dust, languishing in obscurity while an unlawful corporation sought to erase it altogether from our minds, our lives and even our history, there is a deeper truth they don’t want you to understand. The Constitution is not the Law of the Land. It is but a set of “Rules of Engagement” or an outline of powers relegated to what was intended to be a very small central government in order to enforce the true Law of the Land, The Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776……….
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
In the first paragraph we are told that should we find ourselves under the yoke of tyranny we are to separate ourselves from it. We are to return to Natural Law, our Creator, and our Faith to claim that separation. We are to declare those causes which bring us to do that. The founders were not just talking about the great cause they had for separation from the King of England. They knew also that whatever they did to attain freedom and liberty there would come a time when the people might once again find themselves in the same place, faced with the same necessity. For when we forget that which history has taught us, we are not just likely, but bound, to repeat it. The founders knew the people might eventually find the country ruled by those who have no understanding of Divine rewards and punishments instead of statesmen. In the words of John Adams; “a statesman is a leader who will not compromise principles and a politician is a leader who will”. The founders understood further that the nation as a whole would pay for the transgressions of politicians; “As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, so they must in this. By an inevitable chain of causes and effects Providence punishes national sins by national calamities”…. George Mason, father of the Bill of Rights
We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
These are the most profound words ever written on this continent and at the same time the most misunderstood. Did the founders say that these truths were only evident to them? No, they meant that all men know in their hearts and minds that certain things are true just as they know they are breathing. When they wrote, “All men are created equal”, they did not write that all men are socially, economically, intellectually or in any earthly way equal. That statement means that all men at the moment of their creation are equal in the eyes of God. What they make of themselves from that point forward is something else altogether. Any intelligent person knows that it is impossible for all men to end up equal in this world for many reasons, some are less intelligent, some are less physically able and some quite frankly are happy to exist without accomplishment and possess no aspiration to elevate their lives. It means all men are equal in that they have been from the moment of their creation “endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” Unalienable is a way to say in one word that no human being can take or rescind those rights, that they are God’s domain, not man’s and certainly not any that government man can create and assign; “among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” No man can give life, no man has the right to enslave and therefore to steal liberty and no man can stop another from pursuing his happiness. This does not mean by any stretch of the imagination or modern political claim that we are guaranteed the right to a job, health care, food or shelter. Those are all things we have the equal right to pursue under equal justice. Our Declaration of Independence does not imply that the people have any rights as a group, only as individuals. It does say however that all rights are unto those individuals not unto the government. The dominion of government over the governed reaches only so far as the people will allow and its powers limited to those expressly granted by the same.
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. It’s clear the founders knew there is but one purpose for government which is to secure the unalienable Rights bestowed upon us by our Creator, not to twist them, restrict them, or abolish them and that while providing that security government is allotted only those powers allowed by the people with and only with their consent. This individual liberty is the very thing about America which generates jealousy from other nations when their people begin to realize that there is no freedom in collective thinking. If we are confined as a people to a group, told what we can and cannot do in the interest of the group, however that group is created or whomever it includes, we are not free. The betterment of the collective lies in the betterment of the individual.
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. It is abundantly clear in the words of our founders they did not intend for us to remain under a government which has usurped our rights, liberties, and happiness and stolen our wealth. They did not intend for us to allow our government to make of us a social group under a socialist ideology of social justice as opposed to equal justice and submit ourselves to a forced redistribution of wealth. Indeed they instructed us to abolish the tyranny and re-institute our form of government and therefore our safety and our happiness. Today our children are taught and indeed many of us have been taught that America has a form of government known as a Democracy. This is absolutely untrue as our founders emphatically voiced their opposition to Democracy in favor of the Republic they created;
“Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.” John Adams

“I democracy… there are commonly tumults and disorders… Therefore a pure democracy is generally a very bad government. It is often the most tyrannical government on earth.” Noah Webster
From this Declaration of Independence our Republic was formed and the founders knew the great difference between it and a democracy. Democracy rules by direct majority vote by the people and therefore is subject to the changing whims and popular fads of the day, thereby creating no stability in governance. A Republic rules by representatives elected by the people who then pass laws to govern the nation. Therefore a democracy is rule by feeling and a republic is rule by law. Benjamin Rush observed, “Where there is no law, there is no liberty; and nothing deserves the name of law but that which is certain and universal in its operation upon all the members of the community.”
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security,……….
Being very wise men and laboring long and hard in their effort to foresee the distant road ahead, our founders warned us multiple times and in many ways to avoid that which would bring us to the necessity of restarting our nation. Having ignored those warnings we have found ourselves in a society our founders would most assuredly abhor under a government far more intrusive, dictatorial, and corrupted totally removed from the people than the King of England ever was. We have chosen to suffer far more evil than we ought so we now find ourselves in a place which dictates by the founders words that we must begin again.
That new beginning is the Restored Republic of the united States of America. The long abandoned and vacated offices of our rightful government have been re-inhabited. Restored America has no affiliation with any group or plan currently working to right the wrongs done to this nation. It is the true government of the people, for the people and by the people. The corporation is destroying itself and collapsing under the weight of its own corruption. We The People have returned.
Many changes will become evident over the next few months and as the corporation implodes there will be hardship and even some chaos but we must remember the principles this great nation was built on, Faith, Hope and Charity. We must remember we are of the same race, humanity; we are all of one country and one allegiance and it is not only our obligation but our divine duty to reach out our hands to those who will need them. Remember as we go forth that we are a nation of Natural Law, that which instructs us to do unto others as we would have them do unto us.
You will hear from some quarters that our Constitution was never ratified, or that it is outdated, irrelevant and no longer needed. Those claims are all to mislead, distract and divide. Keep close the words of the founders and you can’t go wrong. “We hold these truths to be self evident.”
