2-11-2012 Guru FreewayBill Tired of waking up with no RV? Me too! Last night, we had blessed assurance that we will see this, as I stated before Tuesday, but most likely, last night. Well, I woke up this morning with no RV and I was, for the first time, extremely baffled. Will it happen this weekend? I believe so…Can we make it happen? No! Should it have happened months ago? Yes and we have documented proof of that...Is it time to panic? NO WAY! All of the players are in place and all of the documents have been signed and all of the banks are getting ready or are already ready…99% of the people "in the know" have literally called for this weekend…Will it happen? I certainly hope so because I see not better window than NOW!
I've told a few people at work that I had purchased some IQD, and these were coworkers that I trusted. Well… one of them kinda gossipped to another employee about it, but luckily that employee came to me and sparked up a conversation about it. They tried to remain very confidential and started speaking in a low voice in the break room when we got there.
Her story is as follows:
Her father owns real estate in the Southwest, like a lot of it, and anyway, he invests in different portfolios on the stock market and whatnot, and had also purchased several foreign country currencies, one of them being the Iraqi Dinar. He had done this recently, as of like 2009, not expecting a change for 3 to 5 years, as his sources and stock buddies discussed. Well, he got a substantial amount, somewhere in the range of 30,000 dollars worth of IQD. That may not seem like a lot, but $30 million is a lot when it revalues 1 to 1, so I figured that was a good faith purchase in this investment, as mine was very small in comparison.

However, last week I went in and talked again with my personal banker, who has never given ANY answers about IQD cash in. She would say, "Right now, we do not handle the IQD". Actually is was this week… Monday. I ask like this, "I know you can not say anything right now. However, IF the IQD became tradeable, being's you cash in currency (exchange) , would you THEN trade IQD?". She said, Yes. IF it becomes tradeable….Then I asked, "Would you beable to handle a size group that would be coming with me?" She said, "Yes". Then I asked, "How?". And she said, "We would work after hours." Then we left out. When we got in the car, she came out in parking lot with her bank manager and had us roll down our window. Remember this is outside bank in parking lot. She introduces me to her bank manager… more.. ..She introduces me to her bank manager. And I asked the manager, about cashing us in . The manager was extremely friendly and wanting to talk. She said she would even stay open on Saturday. I told her we were on an immediate time frame, like same day. She said they would keep the bank open all night that day if I needed them to. Inside the bank they did not give that info. The banks WILL work with you and they WANT you to get that HIGH rate. More for them. It was a CHASE bank.

There has been a lot of rate debaters out there in dinarian land with rates from a LOP, .86 to above $8 and will the dinar be pegged to the US dollar or the British pound. I decided to write this document in hopes to shed some light on the rate debate and on what that rate maybe. No matter the rate when the RV?RI actually occurs, is what it is and will only fluctuate here in the US by the rising and falling of the dollar.
Of course, if the Iraq Dinar (IQD) is pegged to the Great British Pound (GBP) the greater the value here in the US and if pegged to the US dollar (USD) the lower the value. But first we must look at some history of the IQD before we can get some real idea of what it maybe at RV?RI. In 1956 the National Bank of Iraq became the Central Bank of Iraq. Its responsibilities included the issuing and the management of currency, control over foreign exchange transactions, and the regulation and supervision of the banking system. It kept accounts for the government, and it handled government loans. Over the years, legislation has considerably enlarged the Central Bank's authority. In 1959 the peg was switched from the British pound to the United States dollar at the rate of 1 dinar = 2.8 dollars.

The contact was made and the reply was that something big was happening as all of the currency people were on a C/C. They were not receiving calls.
