4-21-2012 Intel Guru BWM as explained…there has been no in country RV… and while there are PENDING rates I wouldn't expect to see anything today…it would be a huge surprise for me to see this on saturday (as I've always said THIS would be the day to truly catch everyone off guard) due to the financial sectors being completely closed around the globe this afternoon/evening for a period…if you wanted a "simulated" in country rv the ideal time for this to occur would be at first cbi update for their week which would give them a complete operating day while the rest of the world was closed… this would give the appearance of an in country rv BUT the rate would have been released everywhere just that the ME was the only one on "operating" hours.

Shabibi (the CBI boss) has stated many times that he is ready… he’s said “soon”, in a “few days” , “in the coming days” etc going way back to his visit to America early in 2011 (about April I think). We all know he was ready in June 2011 too. Our theory (Kaperoni, Enorste and myself ) is that Maliki (the Prime Minister of Iraq) is the problem. Not that Maliki doesn’t want an RV, he does, he’s desperate for it, however, Shabibi won’t press the RV button UNTIL Maliki makes good on his promises that he made in order to get into power. He promised to share high Cabinet posts with other coalition members (Erbil…Alawi etc) and the HCL law with Kurdistan. These are unmet promises that put him in power over 18 months ago. We believe that Shabibi won’t RV until Maliki gives way and delivers on his promises. ["continued in post 7...stay tuned"]
4-21-2012 Intel Guru BWM …looks like we need to go over some definitions again… LIVE-means a cashable, active buy/sell rate that you can go to the bank for…PENDING-means a rate that is showing but waiting to be activated and could be a placeholder for a future rate…we do not have LIVE rates at this time…confirmations DO say there is pending rates on screens all across the globe… again, this is not gonna be a ONE place thing IMO… how long they could stay there before going LIVE (down to teller screens for cash in) or reverting back to program rates we don't know… we keep watching for the timing of the next "guessed" opportunity… which in this case would occur around midnight tonight [Friday] once banks close…I believe it's over the old $3.22 rate which is what I got into this expecting so I feel good… I have always felt a reasonable range was 4-6 with 8 being my upper range…

The IMF's report claims that Iraq is a rapidly emerging market with ENORMOUS potential. The total number of investments in Iraq rose 80.4% last year alone. So, clearly we are not alone in seeing Iraq's potential for growth and recognizing this is a once in a life time opportunity. Also documented in this report is the need for Iraq to implement the Erbil and long time HCL strategy in the next 6 months. Other sources announced that after the preparatory meeting this week Talabani will announce a date for the new national meeting where the goal is to finalize the Erbil/HCL. The signs are all there: Iraq is one of the wealthiest nations in the world, currently operating under an artificial rate, fast on the rise, taking steps in preparation to introduce a new currency (LD's) that have already been printed and paid for, a government in place that will ensure the stability and security, a banking sector with modern technology, the support and instruction of the IMF/World Bank and the rest of the world which will ensure the success of the project. There are many players in the Dinar RV game. I’m very glad that the Iraq Dinar will be supported by oil assets. In America, people are the collateral for Federal Reserve debts. Yeah, we can priint dollars, all we want. That kind of Bernanke and Geithner policy is helping to destroy the dollar. In Iraq there is another character who wants to be their new dictator, Maliki. Decisions were just made, over in Iraq to share oil profits with the Iraqi people.
Last week Shabibi spent a good part of the week meeting with IMF and UST people in America. I think, what ever their plans are, they don’t want to create a panic. At some point, quietly and at any moment the Dinar will finish RVing. It could occur in the morning. It could take place this weekend.
I think too many people worship the dollar. Many people will trade in their Dinar for dollars. I wonder when TPTB would allow that to occur they may also make sure that our dollars have no value. There you go, we will have traded our dollars for worthless Dinars with the expectation of making it rich some day, just to have the money masters turn it all around on us, for their own entertainment.
There is plenty of other things that need our attention and devotion rather than Dinars or Dollars.
These debt instruments have been a tool that has been used to enslave us. Many of us have no idea how to be free. We talk about it, sing about it, pray for it but many of us continue to pander to Washington DC for our piece of the ‘ Spread the Wealth, ‘ pie.
I hear that Treasury Dollars are already in bank vaults all over America. At any moment our FRN’s will be announced as having less value than the paper they are printed upon. I pray that some day we will have a currency that is truly redeemable in some genuine, commodity type of asset. I think that day is almost here.
I hope we value God more than money. I hope and pray that we value one another and our freedom more than any kind of money.

Many people, who have bought Dinar aren’t prepared to receive dollars, in exchange for the RV’d Dinar.
Some bank will not allow you or me to walk out their doors with $millions in dollars in our pockets. The Federal Reserve has been out plundering bank accounts from unsuspecting Americans and foreigners, where ever they can. Many of these ‘ Too Big to Fail Banks, ‘ are out of money.
I’d say right now is a great time to get ready. Every day we have another chance to prepare for a major transition that I think is coming our way this year.
Today, I did receive notice that the RV could in face occur this weekend. I’ve heard that kind of notice before. This is from a new, higher source. I guess we shall see. Thank God, we still are hanging on to some hope and that we still have Tomorrow…

When the annoucement for the USA in our media states a “Returned to USA Treasury Currency” then and ONLY then will the IQD and the rest of the world currency will RV back to a Gold/Community Standard.
