I am being told there are at least 3 confirmations of something going on off the coast of San Francisco, involving US Navy Ships and an unknown number of Chinese vessels. I am being told this involves the arrest of possibly around 600 bankers.. who may be being held in a US ship… under arrest by the Hague. The arrests are being carried out by the U.S. military.
At this time, regardless of the fact that i have more data I am being asked by at least one source not to go into any more detail than that. Apparently there are a number of operations going on at this time.
At least one source has suggested that this may actually be a cover operation for something more far reaching.
I have 3 verifications from my sources in addition to the original sources… confirms from their 3 sources.

Note: I contacted Clif High about the above info and he directed me to the following site where he insists all vessels must be detectable at sea to other vessels using a transponder called an AIS. He says there is no sign of either large U.S. Navy vessels or any Chinese vessels in those waters off the coast of San Francisco according to this site:

The TRANSITION may be finally happening……read this… anyone else hear about this…..people are receiving mortgage forgiveness……a friend on my FB page who has some inside knowledge on the TRANSITION that is coming just posted these comments and info……..Jackie 
Just had a phone call about a lady that came on a chat saying that her mother got a letter from her bank saying her mortgage was paid off IN FULL by the Global Settlements. I am waiting for the posting on a web site or the recorded chat.
OK, update on the mortgage forgiveness by Bank of America. I talked to the lady that was on chat when the lady came in and read the letter. She was so excited she was about to explode and had to tell someone. Her plan was to scan it after removing her personal information. She received a call afterwards and was told not to post it or she would be in a lot of trouble, so she didn't. She also requested that copies of the chat not be sent out. It was on a chat that does not give a link to get to it. It is not a verbal chat but only typing to correspond. So even spending 24 hours trying to find the letter or chat link, I was unable to for those reasons. The lady on the chat that chatted with her read the chat to me, but because of the lady's request would not send it to me. That is the best I can do. For those that have asked to friend them, I have not because I said that when the funding happens, I will go dark and not be on FB or anywhere else, and I will shut my cell phone of as I will be under a non-disclosure. Therefore to friend you would be short-lived, and it is not a snub to your request. Sorry.
"The letter from Bank of America Home Loans got right to the point. “We are pleased to inform you that we have approved your Home Equity Account for participation in a principal forgiveness program offered as a result of the Department of Justice and State Attorneys General global settlement with major mortgage servicers.” In the letter, which I obtained from an anti-foreclosure activist, Bank of America offered the homeowner full forgiveness of their entire home equity loan balance of over $177,000. But then Paragraph 5 came with an ominous warning: “Please be aware that we are required to report the amount of your cancelled principal debt to the Internal Revenue Service.”
Under current law, a principal reduction like this would be exempted from tax liability. However, that law, the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act, expires at the end of the year, and after that, any mortgage debt forgiveness provided to a borrower will count as gross income for tax purposes, potentially costing millions of families several billion dollars. In the above case, the borrower would be required to pay taxes on the entire $177,000 amount forgiven by the bank, as if it were earned income. And that’s money that struggling homeowners simply don’t have.
“They wouldn’t be able to handle it,” said Peggy Mears of the Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment, a community organizing group in California that has worked extensively on foreclosure issues. “If they could handle it, they wouldn’t be in arrears with their house notes. They don’t have that kind of money.”
The tax issue could significantly disrupt a still-fragile housing market and rob homeowners of the tools to pull themselves out of mortgage debt. It also represents a final indignity for homeowners who have been abused by the fraudulent mortgage practices of leading banks for years. Just when they think they get relief from their troubles, they get hit with a massive tax bill they cannot pay. “This has the effect of pulling people up with one hand, and hitting them in the face and knocking them over the cliff with the other,” said Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., who supports extending the law.
The issue dates back to 2007, when the housing bubble first started to deflate. Rep. Brad Miller, D-N.C., was tasked by the then-chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, Barney Frank , D-Mass., to find ways to help borrowers who would get caught up in the ensuing carnage. Miller’s search led him to Section 181 of the tax code. “I heard about the fact that interest reductions are not treated as income and principal reductions are, which creates a huge problem for modifying mortgages and solving the foreclosure crisis,” Miller said."

Dale T Hedberg From my understanding you will have to claim the forgiveness on your income tax. The lady that was on the chat is a tax preparer, and I discussed it with her because of something I googled about BofA reporting these to the IRS.

Obama wanted to hold things off for a while to release them closer to elections to take the credit to get reelected. The funding is part of the actions that trigger the changeover in the government back to the republic and original constitution bring on the benefits of NESARA as dictated by the Farm Claims/Bank Claims settlement in their case they won at the Supreme Court in 1993. This was supposed to fund on 911 and one of the causes that created 911 along with the fact that China was supposed to be paid back the gold we borrowed years before which we didn't have.

Dale T Hedberg BOA was one of the criminal institutions involved in holding off the funding as our packs were shuttled between Washington, BOA, back to Washington, Federal Reserve, Treasury. etc. They were constantly on the road. They were also instrumental in the theft of many of the funds that were trenched in by diverting them to different accounts at JP Morgan. They were supposed to be a funding bank for the Dinar, but there was too much corruption there. China even bought the major share of their stock to try and clean it up, but to no avail. Therefore, they were deleted from the dinar funding banks.

Parliament has been busy - they are going to pass major laws on Thursday…basically Parliament is going to call for him to go ahead and seat these people and…he will have a situation explaining why he is not moving this economy forward. 9-13-2012 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Talabani is an important part of the current Iraqi situation, so I do believe it is important that he be present for the RV announcement and resulting changes but I don't see him as the "catalyst". In order for this to be successful, the waters need to be fairly calm and ducks need to be in a row. From what we can all see and what many of us are hearing from contacts both local and overseas…we are extremely close! But we still need those calm waters.

Therefore, we should not be surprised that one of Maliki's "lackies" is now touting a totally different tune, just as Al-Anburge and others from the various ministries are doing. After all, they are only following the orders of their boss, Nuri Al-Maliki. Have no fear, folks. Shabibi is a man of principle who will accomplish his goal, regardless of the "piffle" that comes from within the GOI. 9-13-2012 Newshound Guru Enorrste Some years ago a man named Al-Zubaidi was the head of the Ministry of Finance. He and Shabibi were apparently good friends, or at least worked weil together. In 2007 Al-Zubaidi, as the Head of the Ministry of Finance, recommended to Shabibi that a plan be put in place to raise the value of the dinar to $3.33, a value that he said existed prior to the Saddam Hussein regime in the early 1980s. A month later Shabibi agreed to Al-Zubaidi's recommendation and a 5 year plan to raise the value of the dinar was put in place. It included the removal of the large 3-zero notes as well. Later, they introduced the plan to create a new currency. This is the plan that exists today. While it has been delayed somewhat (about 1 year) it is still in effect. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

Tidbit Rumors & Opinions – Post By Dinar Detectives9-13-2012 Boozer (Dinar Vets): Maliki is in the US with the UN and Obama on the 18 and 19. Shabibi is in London same time and Talabani is back in Iraq the same time. The ministry of defense has been named.
Sounds like a plan. Shabibi will RV on the 18th so Maliki can ask for Chapter 7 release on the 19th and Talabani will have everything else done by the same time. Funny how Talabani is coming back on the day Maliki is out of town. Just seems like a nice circle. So, I'm calling an RV this Month 1 for 1. Just the way I see it.

Thursday Afternoon Kaperoni intel/opinion emailed to Recaps by KJOk, I am going to toss out a theory…You may or many not agree, but based on actions within Iraq and other events. It may be very close to what we will see happen in the near future.
I believe the plan always was to release the dinar at a "staging rate" at or about 1 to $1. There are many documents that reference that from Dr. Fadel, to the SIGIR report. So we can say with high probability that was, or should have been the plan. The issue is, if that was the case, some liability falls on the CBI and Iraq. They must be able to sustain this rate. Remember as much as 10 trillion dinar may have been sold outside the country for what Saleh said, "will be held as a foreign reserve currency…for a very long time." What that means is that the world's central banks would, in essence, be funding the RV. We have discussed this before as central banks around the world, through "inter-banking," would buy/sell the dinar creating benefit to each central bank holding it. Where this becomes sticky is the magnitude in which financially the world would become dependent on Iraq to sustain that initial rate. To have a GOI stable enough, to continue to progress economically and open to the world investment firms waiting to come into Iraq. One wrong move, possible violence, and the dinar could plummet leaving these central banks holding the bag on a near worthless currency. So we see Shabibi has attempted, on at least two occasions, to bring his dinar to the international level (June, 2011 and again in April, 2012). To launch this initial rate, only to be denied by the GOI and CoM. After much thought, I have come to the conclusion that as corrupt as the GOI and CoM is, their reasons I am sure are selfish in nature (many of them hold lots of dinar)…knowing under the current conditions, the probability of failure is too great to risk with the currency – currency they hold. To bring the dinar to the international level to only have it fail.

Why Would QE3 Matter to Us? Thoughts by ShawnW. and PTR MembersShawnW: Why would QE3 matter to us?
I have been watching the forums and chat and also had several people ask me this, so I thought I would post my opinion. This may ramble a bit as I have a couple of reasons why QE3 may be important. So we will start by going back to the root of QE or Quantative Easing. The common definition is creating money out of thin air and injecting it into the economy to give it a jump start, similar to someone having a heart attack and when they heart stops they bring over the defibrillators to shock it back to life. They bring a box over that creates energy outside of the current system and inject that energy to the affected spot in hopes of shocking it back to life. In our situation they are using money to create that shock in our economy that is having a cardiac arrest. Now so far they have given us the juice 2X to no avail, while it has made us jump and tingle for a bit there has been no lasting affect and we go back to a flat line economy. But still the Fed stands by the fact that QE will help our system…. So this now brings us to our scenario, When this RV happens many if not most will quit their jobs, opening positions for many that are currently unemployed. Most will go buy new houses, cars, vacations, so on and so on… money will be put into the system at an unprecedented rate. At least on the short term. When this happens in the few months post RV there will be noticeable differences.

It has been felt and even expressed by some that the general morale in the Dinar Community has been down – Some of the obvious reasons are the 9/11 anniversary – popular gurus being quiet – the scarcity of intel – the upcoming election – NO RV – and of course personal challenges -

9-13-2012 Enorrste: Some years ago a man named Al-Zubaidi was the head of the Ministry of Finance. He and Shabibi were apparently good friends, or at least worked weil together. In 2007 Al-Zubaidi, as the Head of the Ministry of Finance, recommended to Shabibi that a plan be put in place to raise the value of the dinar to $3.33, a value that he said existed prior to the Saddam Hussein regime in the early 1980s.
A month later Shabibi agreed to Al-Zubaidi's recommendation and a 5 year plan to raise the value of the dinar was put in place. It included the removal of the large 3-zero notes as well. Later, they introduced the plan to create a new currency. This is the plan that exists today. While it has been delayed somewhat (about 1 year) it is still in effect. Now, here is the clincher. Al-Zubaidi is gone and a new Minister of Finance has taken his place, appointed by NurI Al-Maliki. Does that name ring a bell? Therefore, we should not be surprised that one of Maliki's "lackies" is now touting a totally different tune, just as Al-Anburge and others from the various ministries are doing. After all, they are only following the orders of their boss, Nuri Al-Maliki. Have no fear, folks. Shabibi is a man of principle who will accomplish his goal, regardless of the "piffle" that comes from within the GOI. He is on record that he would have loved to have the GOI join his party, but that he is also more than willing to move along without them should they elect not to participate. |

Today's events were scary and REAL! How much has to happen before everyone realizes that this world is messed up something terrible? The United States, for most of our lives and even before was the "Voice of Reason" for the world. Now, we are looked upon as manipulative people who only care about our best interest. That, my friends is because we stopped being careful enough to make sure that our country was being represented by our real feelings and desires about how this world should be.
We start wars to secure oil and riches, we degrade our own present and past world leaders in order to make ourselves seem smart, but it actually makes us look foolish…. For years, the Republicans and Democrats have fought tooth and nail for power and nobody has won, but everyone has lost. No longer do other countries envy us for the type of government we have because we don't have one to be proud of anymore.
