*Refinery Rules *
*Procedures, are Set by the Refinery *

Ryan and Dixie are determined to assist you in getting oil. My Oil
Seller friends have been working with the refinery for several years. We have
plenty allocations of JP54 and D2 and D6 now. Contact me at rj@morningliberty.com

Too many oil brokers have contacted me and they have completed the docs
*that are required for brokers and buyers, but in the end too many
so-called *Buyers don't have the ability to buy. We know that you want POP. We need
POF along the way too. Do you need 5 million barrels per month?*

When you contact me and say that you are a Buyer or you are a Broker
and you have a legitimate buyer, the refinery requires us to verify the
authenticity of the broker and the buyer. It's been crazy how some fake Buyers try to
avoid the process that our refinery requires.

My Oil Seller friends are happy to provide you JP54 or D2 or D6 or even
Mazut. You must be willing to follow our procedures, which are set by the
refinery.

We want to build a long-term relationship with people we can trust.
Please, don't be so quick to skirt our procedures and get one over on us. For several
years my Seller friends have been working with the same refinery and selling to the
same oil customers and now I have asked them if they will provide you with oil
too…

You can get in touch with me at rj@morningliberty.com

  1. Buyer provides SCO or LOI or ICPO for each oil product desired
  2. Seller performs an allocation check to verify the oil is available
  3. Buyer informs Seller the price target for the oil desired… 5 below platt?
  4. Seller provides FCO with pricing, terms, conditions and a Seller profile
  5. Buyer provides ICPO with credit ap filled out
  6. A Conference Call may then be scheduled to work out more transaction details
  7. Seller will not provide POP until POF is verified
  8. Buyer countersigns the FCO
  9. Seller issues Draft Contract to the Buyer

There are at least 17 steps in this transaction process. Do you prefer
an FOB or CIF process? Some of our buyers prefer CI + Dip + Pay completing
the process with an MT103. All of your *documents need to be on Buyer's
official letterhead.

If you are a genuine Oil Broker, bringing a legitimate Oil Buyer then
we are happy to work with you. If you are a Buyer we can move quickly for you too.

Oil Seller 2012 – JP54 or D2 Proof of Product

As a Radio Host I have met and interviewed all sorts of people. In the Oil Business I have worked with a Mandate for the Seller of D2 or D6 or JP54 or even Bonny Light oil. For years I have brought people together, folks who are involved in similar interests, but who have not met yet. It's been rewarding as I have introduced some people who meet for the first time, but they have always known one another. This Seller connection of mine is now the Allocation Holder. By August of next year he will be the Title Holder to these oil products. I have sat with my Mandate friend as he has offered their oil products at $25 below platt. A MT799 would work just fine or a MT760 or even a BCL would be enough to secure a Partial Pop. You can reach me directly at rj@morningliberty.com I love to arrange Win Win arrangements.
