Subject: D2 & JP54 Oil Procedures
JP54 & D2 Procedure
I’ve seen End Sellers and End Buyers have a tug of war in some oil discussions. In the oil business today many Oil Title Holders and End Buyers have been burned by bad brokers and schemers. We can't let the Bad Oil Fish ruin it for Honest, Oil People.
My Shell Oil commercial account holder has D2 and JP54 fuel ready. He can secure a Production Contract for you for JPA1 or D2 or JP54 other oil products. This fuel would come out of the USA or Rotterdam.
My Bonny Light direct source has 4 procedures available for legitimate End Buyers. I have a Saudi Light direct source that is outstanding. You can email me at RJ@MorningLiberty.com to begin an oil discussion.
My ULSD fuel source is great to work with. He will do everything he can to assist you and the End Buyer in securing fuel.
Out of DuBai, I have a -10$ platt source for D2. This direct source, out of DuBai has LNG, JP54, Mazut and other fuels available. Even with this SCO in hand I have been instructed to share it with no one. Because of Bad Oil Brokers, who shop SCOs all over the internet, I must secure legitimate Letter of Intent and Buyer Company Profile documents from the End Buyer on End Buyer letterhead before we share any SCOs.
Many of you Buyer Mandates or Major Oil Buyers never present LOIs first. In the oil biz, it has been the practice to get SCOs first from the Seller and then the LOI and CP are presented. Well, I apologize for the good sellers, but it’s because the bad oil brokers have ruined it for the rest of us.
Make out your LOI to Oil & Gas Traders DMCC and I will get it to my Direct Oil Source for D2, Mazut, JP54, LNG fuels and I'll help secure an oil conference call for you.
1 End Buyer provides LOI & CP to Seller
2 RJ arranges Oil Conference Call between Seller & End Buyer
3 Upon Seller Approval – Seller provides SCO to Buyer
4 Buyer signs SCO and sends back to Seller with ICPO & BCL
5 Seller issues FCO with banking information
6 Buyer signs and seals FCO and sends to Seller w/LC Draft
7 Seller reviews sight LC conditions and upon seller approval
returns to Buyer for confirmation.
8 Buyer sends back Draft Sight LC, after buyer confirmation
9 Seller issues and sends Draft Contract, open to the Buyer,
and the NCND/IMFPA is signed and returned to Seller
10 After contract is signed, Buyer has to send inactive sight
LC to Seller Bank within 3 banking days.
11 Seller sends 2% performance bond to buyer bank to
Activate the Sight LC.
12 Delivery and shipment commences as per schedule, based
On mutually agreed terms
13 Buyer must issue the CIQ inspection at discharge port
Oil Refineries determine the procedures for oil transactions. Too often I hear from brokers who want to change this or those terms of the procedures.
I will do my best to help you and your End Buyer. We don’t go around anybody. Honesty, Integrity and Trust must be the foundation of every oil relationship. In the oil business there are lots of Sharks and CutThroats, but I prefer to have nothing to do with them.
I work with good, integral oil people.
I wish you the best of 2014.
I would be happy to all I can to assist you. RJ@MorningLiberty.com
God Bless… RJ Hender
