Procedures Matter – PAI Proven Absolute Oil Integrity

Procedures seem to get in the way some times, as Buyers and Sellers negotiate over
the best price and logistics for getting an oil transactions done.

As I work with 12 Seller Groups, several of them are Direct to the Refinery, but in
nearly every case the Refinery dictates the terms of every oil transaction. Beyond,
Proof of Product and Proof of Funds, when the End Buyer and End Seller can agree on
the conditions for the oil transaction then the deal can get done.

From Kuwait, my Oil Seller Friend grew up with many of the people who are running Oil
Operations around the world. This same Oil Seller Friend works directly with 6 Russia
Refineries to secure JP54, JPA1, Mazut, D2, LNG and other oil products for my legitimate
buyers. If you are serious and if you are willing to provide the End Buyers’ Letter of
Intent and Company Profile then I will introduce you to Sam. RJ@MorningLiberty.com

By owning or working with over 200 Refineries and 90 Oil Ships my next Oil Seller Friend
demands that every End Buyer follows their procedures for REBCO, LNG, JP54, Mazut, D2 and
just about every fuel product you may be looking for. 1 – An ICPO is required and 2 – a
Default Disclaimer is required Yeah, these guys may have unique logistics, but if you
want LNG fuel then the logistics of your Oil Tank are needed. RJ@MorningLiberty.com

My Shell Oil Seller Friends have a constant supply of D6, D2, JPA1 and other fuels, out of
Rotterdam and out of Houston. You must be ready to lock in a Production Contract with Shell.
I would be happy to introduce you to Top Shell Oil people, but contact me RJ@MorningLiberty.com

Because the wrong oil brokers have been passing around SCOs all over the internet, then oil
documents, from the End Buyer, are required before an SCO can be provided. Now, some times
I am lucky and I can share with you an old SCO, so you know the Seller is real.

Well, I am real.

I would be happy to introduce you to my Oil Seller Friends. RJ@MorningLiberty.com

Here’s to a great Oil Year 2014…. RJ Hender
