Below, I have displayed a recent JP54 SPOT SCO offer. This fuel is avail on a
First Come, First Served basis.

From our Russia Refinery sources we hear that they are very upset about
falling oil prices. Some oil products are more expensive to produce than
others. Maybe it's venting, but some Russian Refineries are threatening
that they don't care if airlines are grounded, because of a lack of jet fuel
or other oil products. I have been promised, that now is my End Bueyrs's
opportunity go go under contract with my Russian Refinery Seller friends,
for JP54, JPA1, D6, LNG, Mazut, D2, LPG, Bitumen, ULSD or other fuel products.
For now, in testing new End Buyers, the first lift must occur at Novo, with
subsequent lifts, taking place at Rotterdam. Contact me RJ@MorningLiberty.com

One Russian source provided a Spot JP54 SCO today at -$7/-$5 FOB at Rotterdam.
As jet fuel prices rise or fall, this may not seem like a large discount, for
some End Buyers, but compared to platt rates today, it's a great JP54 discount.
Are you prepared to provide legitimate ICPO or LOI, along with CP End Buyer
documents? I can help line up fuel products for you. contact me RJ@MorningLiberty.com

From Saudi Arabia, I work directly with a Seller Mandate that has plenty of
jet fuel, diesel fuel and heating fuel for my vetted End Buyers. We require
legitimate LOIs or ICPOs, along with CPs from every End Buyer before we provide
any official SCO.

From Venezuela, I work with refinery sources that have more jet fuel, diesel fuel
and heating fuel for my End Buyers. Yes, we need legitimate Buyer Docs, from
End Buyers before we provide prices or procedures.

These are questions that we need answers to, from every End Buyer.

1 – Name of Oil Decision Maker… Buyer Mandate – End Buyer
2 – Skype name
3 – Contact phone number
4 – target price of the fuel that is requested
5 – destination of the fuel
6 – procedures the buyer prefers – CIF, FOB, CI Dip & Pay, TTT, TTO
7 – will the oil go to End Buyer's oil tanks? will the oil go to buyer's oil tanker?
8 – quantity of fuel needed, per month
9 – based upon how solid the End Buyer is, some times we require POF up front or not…
10 – we need legitimate ICPO or LOI, along with CP from every End Buyer

It's a surprise to me. Along the way, as a Radio Host, as I interview people from
around the world I have been introduced to some significant Oil People. I am glad
to help line up Oil Conference Calls with my Seller Mandates or Title Holders. I work
directly with 4 Bonny Light Seller Mandates. Some of our BLCO buyers prefer to lift
their Bonny Light at Ghana. Some of our BLCO buyers prefer to lift their fuel at
Rotterdam. As we speak, we are lining up a couple lifts for BLCO buyers.

Below, I will share new SCO information for you. Take a look and determine of
these prices and procedures work for you.
