Like you, I continue to watch Brent Oil Rates rise and fall. I can’t control this
oil movement in price, but I can help End Buyers procure the JP54, LNG, Mazut, D2,
JPA1, ULSD, D6, BLCO, D2 and other fuel products that they need. I can be contacted
by email RJ@MorningLiberty.com

The Refineries set procedures. It’s amazing how many oil wanna be’s contact me,
demanding procedures for their Buyers. Now, we have some Majors who demand specific
procedures for their jet fuel and diesel fuel. Mostly, End Buyers must be prepared
to follow the procedures that come directly from the refineries.

Which of my Direct to Refinery Sellers can I connect you with? There are oil questions
that we need answered up front;

1 – What Oil Product is needed
2 – What target price for the fuel is needed
3 – What quantity of fuel is needed, by the End Buyer
4 – What is the destination of the fuel
5 – Who is the End Buyer – CP & LOI or ICPO required in most cases for Due Diligence
6 – Does End Buyer have oil tanks or their own oil ships
7 – Skype name of buyer broker and end buyer
8 – phone number of buyer broker and end buyer
9 – email address of buyer broker and end buyer
10 – End Buyer documents, documenting the ability to buy the fuel POF

We do not go around the very people who help to bring End Buyers to us. It’s bad
karma to stab good oil people in the back. We expect to be treated the same.

I just received a new SCO from 1 of my Direct to Refinery sources of fuel. Take a
look and determine whether these procedures and prices may work for you or your End Buyer…
