JP54 Aviation Fuel – from my G K source…
Quantity: 500,000-5,000,000 Barrels
Price: Gross $54 USD per Barrels Net $50 per Barrels FOB, any Russia Port.

TERMS AND PROCEDURE FOR CI DIP AND PAY FOB ANY RUSSIA PORT.
1. Buyer Issue ICPO and seller Issue CI for buyer review and countersign.
2. Buyer Issue TSA to show Tank is secured for product injection and Seller issue, product Passport, commitment to supply and product availability in storage reservoir.
3. Seller Inspect the Tank for readiness Buyer issue TSR to enable seller start Injection.
4. Seller Inspect the Tank and start injection of the product into the hired tank and furnish the Buyer SGS, Title Transfer Certificate and DTA to conduct the dip test.
5. Upon successful dip test, buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total product Available.
6. Buyer lifts the product and seller pays all intermediary involve in the transaction.

Russia D2 Gas Oil Gost 305-82 – from my G K source…
Quantity: 50,000-100,000 Metric Tons
Price: Gross $510 USD per Metric Ton Net 500 per Metric Ton FOB, any Russia Port.

PROCEDURES( NOT NEGOTIABLE)

CI,
DIP, PAY FOB NOVO PORT PROCEDURE (SPOT & CONTRACT)

1. Buyer sends ICPO to
Seller with full banking details.

2 Seller issues Draft Contract along with
Commercial Invoice to Buyer. Buyer signs and returns both to Seller for final
endorsement (s). NCNDA & IMFPA will be signed and endorsed for the protection of all
intermediaries involved in the transaction.

3. Seller sends Partial POP documents to
Buyer via email.

a) Statement of Product Availability
b) Commitment to Supply
c) Company License to Export
d) Company Registration Certificate
e) Product Passport
(Dip Test Result)

4. Buyer will/must secured Tanks from Seller’s recommended Tank
Farm Operator (Port Trading Co) and provide to Seller , Buyer’s signed Tank Storage
Agreement (TSA) at Loading Port. Upon Seller Confirmation and acknowledgement of the
Buyer Tank Storage Agreement, Seller provide to Buyer the PIPELINE STORAGE
RESERVOIR RECEIPTS of the Product and NOR (NOTICE OF READINESS) from the Pipeline
Injection/Transportation Company to commence the injection of the product into Buyer
Leased Tank at loading port.
OR Buyer should provide their own logistics to seller;
if it is tank storage, TSA + TSR with clearance

5. Within 24 – 48 hrs maximum,
after Buyer provide to Seller it’s leased ex-shore Tank Storage Agreement (TSA),
Tank Receipts plus Tank Clearance prior to tank injection, Seller commence the
injection of the product into the Buyer leased ex-shore tanks and upon completion of
the injection of the product, Seller provide to Buyer the below listed POP
documents.
a) SGS or SAYBOLT or INTERTEK or similar Laboratory Analysis report of
the quality of the product (Taken from the Auto Sampler during the time of injection
of the product into the storage tanks).
b) PIPELINE INJECTION REPORT
c) CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCT
d) DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION (DTA)

6. Buyer makes Payment
by Non-Transferable/Transferable DLC or MT 103/23 on monthly Delivery Payable 100%
at sight after presentation to the Buyer Bank full set of Documents required for
payment.

7. Upon confirmation of buyer’s payment instrument, Seller’ issues the
ACT of TRANSFER in Buyers Name, Title of Ownership Certificate to be followed by all
Export Documentation.

8. Buyer conducts Dip Test and upon successful dip test,
Buyer releases payment as agreed by both parties after the positive quality and
quantity DIP TEST RESULTS. Seller remit/swift the commission of all intermediaries
as per signed and endorsed IMFPA within 24 hrs after Seller confirmation of the
payment.

9. Lifting commence and Seller assist Buyer in loading the product to
buyer’s vessel.

10. Subsequent monthly deliveries/shipment will commence according
to agreed contract and for first month succeeding shipment, Seller issue CI
and repeat / follow procedure 3-9.

We have BLCO in tanks in Rotterdam and china. We are direct with seller
mandate for NNPC. China -8/-6 or Rotterdam -9-6. (If end buyer moves
fast may be able to get -10-6) This source for Bonny Light is responsible for
Tank Farms at Rotterdam. TTO Ghana is available. If you are serious about
