As Iran's oil supply hits the global market, we will see prices fluctuate even more than usual. We won't be seeing $100 per barrel for oil again, for quite some time. It appears that Pres Obama and the people behind him have decided to give Iran greater control of the Middle East.

I have 2 direct sources of Shell D6, for my oil buyers. We require a couple of buyer documents in order to get the D6 ball rolling, for Production Contracts with Shell. Email me your legitimate Corporate Profile, on End Buyer letterhead along with your Letter of Intent and I'd be glad to lay this source for D6 in your lap. You can reach me by email

Direct from the Title Holder, me and my source have D2 available for legitimate End Buyers. Our refineries require us to provide them with End Buyer CP & LOI details, therefore we require CP & LOI buyer docs from every buyer. Below are a couple of procedural details for this D2 fuel…

RJ, our D2 seller will only speak with the Buyer and to engage with him he will request the following for each potential Buyer:

  • Buyers profile
  • Product specification
  • Monthly quantities
  • Issuing bank for payment guarantee
  • Any questions please let me know.

I work directly with a Strong Source for Bonny Light, but they are only willing to provide BLCO directly to refineries. Provide your buyer documents; CP and LOI and I can help arrange this for you.

Our BLCO Seller is actively delivering crude to numerous oil refineries, globally. The only country they are not willing to deliver BLCO to is China.

Based on the fact that they sell BLCO to refineries only, there is no need for any financial instrument as delivery will be financed by the Seller.

I can assure you this BLCO offer is a genuine. This source of BLCO are Title Holders and bring the crude to the door of the refinery at their own cost and can be verified by the NNPC! How real do you want it?

This BLCO source will only respond to Buyers who have refineries. I am willing to take a call from Refinery Owners only.

Basic refinery transactional procedures.

  • Refinery issues an ICPO to Seller.
  • Seller secures and registers the crude ready for export.
  • Seller Issues FCO to refinery
  • Refinery presents their Draft Contract that is open for amendments.
  • Seller and refinery agree to amendments.
  • Refinery issue invitation to Seller to visit the refinery for TTM.
  • Delivery schedule agreed and contract executed at TTM.
  • Delivery takes place.
  • Refinery performs their inspection.
  • Payment is then made.
  • If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.

I work with a couple Title Holders who have JP54, LNG, JPA1, LPG, Mazut and other fuel products. Their procedures vary a little, but in every case they require buyer docs, up front from every buyer, a CP & LOI. If you are serious about lifting at Rotterdam or in the States for this fuel then you can send your buyer docs directly to me.

Some of our End Buyers prefer Fact to Face meetings with my Title Holders and I can help arrange these table top meetings, but in every case the buyer docs must be provided and then approved, up front by the buyer.

Here's to a strong 2016 Oil Year… RJ Hender
