The reason that many of the top Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate crooks have not been arrested yet is that the old system needs to be kept going with string and wire and duct-tape until final preparations for a radically new system are completed.

For example, an Asian proposal now being negotiated calls for 10 million yen or about US$125,000 to be budgeted for each and every individual human being on earth.

The Pentagon is also making similar radical proposals for a complete change of how humans interact with each other and with nature.

The big conclusion being reached at the highest level is that the old financial system in the West was an illusion used by a secret cabal to keep us enslaved. We are now about to become truly free in ways that will exceed most people’s most optimistic expectations. However, there will be some hard work at first before this becomes true.

The proposal being forwarded by the White Dragon Society to Asian clan elders is for the creation of a new, meritocratically staffed organization to be set up near Tenri City, South of Osaka.

The name now being proposed for this organization is “Long-term Investments For Everyone,” or LIFE, for short.

The negotiations towards unifying the Korean Peninsula with Japan and moving the capital of this new entity to the same region are also proceeding smoothly.

We can confirm that Japanese “kidnap victim” Megumi Yokota is the mother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Kim has agreed to accept the union of the Northern dynasty with the Southern one in the region in exchange for a ceremonial post. Perhaps he can become the symbol of unity and have his own palace and staff.

The initial funding for LIFE, to be backed by Gold returned to Asia from the West as well as by other historical assets, can be set at 7000 trillion yen or, as mentioned above, about $125,000 per human. The money will be delivered in the form of development services such as canals, sewer systems, desalination plants, nature preserves, fish farms etc. People working for LIFE will receive generous salaries and be subject to draconian penalties for corruption.

LIFE will not be the only major organization working on planning for the future of the species according to White Dragon Society proposals.

The British Commonwealth, with its 1.8 billion members, will want their own independently financed development and future planning organization built according to commonwealth consensus. It will probably have to be initially headed by someone from India in order to make up for past British racism. Indian and other historical gold assets as well as commonwealth real estate will back their funding.

The Catholic Church and Vatican Bank will also want to have a Christian planning agency controlled by actual Christians for their 1.2 billion members once the Satanists are purged from the Vatican bank.

Similar independent groups such as the Chinese, the Muslims, the Africans and the first nations will also be able to plan for their own independent futures.

In addition, the United Nations will have to be radically restructured in order to make it truly representative of the human race and not be an instrument of Western imperialism as it is today.

Studies by the Pentagon, anthropological research and corporate governance research all conclude that the most effective decision-making bodies number between 6-9 people. This is the size of the traditional human family during hunter gatherer times. The most natural division for humanity along cultural and historical lines suggests a new council of elders be put at the heart of the United Nations Security Council.

The White Dragon suggestion is for a representative to be selected by each of the following groups: Africa, China, East Asia (excluding China), India, North and South America, Europe including Russia, the Islamic world and first nations.

This 8 person grouping would only function as an emergency consultative council to deal with issues affecting all humans. It would operate according to majority rule. Each region would have a veto but that veto would be restricted to that region only.

Sovereign nation states would continue to exist as before unless voluntary agreements to merge were reached between countries.

The Pentagon, for its part, has reached an agreement to merge with the Chinese and Russian Military to form a global peace keeping force, according to a high ranking agency source.

There has also been an agreement to break up many of the large corporations controlled by the Khazarian Satanic Cabal. Microsoft was specifically mentioned as a company that was about to go Kaput. The major corporate media corporations will also be broken up. Many other top 100 corporations will be broken up into as many as 20 smaller units, according to this source.

Whether or not you choose to accept the information in this article, at least understand this. Your life is regulated and controlled by mathematics. Both in a physical world as well as spiritual. There are 7 days in a week, 12 months to a year, 365 days to a year, 60 minutes in a hour and 24 hours to a day. Your work schedule is regulated by the numbers. The cosmos is even controlled by the numbers. God gave us 10 commandants. One of those commandments is to observe the 7th day of rest. There are many references to Gods numerology in the bible as well as Satan's. Even the mark of the beast will be 666.

Those of us who believe in God and keep his commandments are bound to some numerical ritual. Those who believe in Satan and choose to worship him are bound by numerical rituals. 

Is it coincidence that Anton LeVey the founder of the church of satan chose the number 11 when he created The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth ?  The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth Was it also a coincidence he chose the number 9 when he created the The Nine Satanic Sins or the The Nine Satanic Statements. I think not.

What is unknown by most is that the World Trade Center disaster isn't the only tragedy that has this Illuminati's / Masonic / Satanic signature as you will soon see. First lets look at the occults fanaticism with numerology and what these numbers represent. There are many numbers the occult use but 3,7,9,11,13,18,28,33,39,77 and 666 or any multiple of these numbers have special meaning to the Freemasons and the Illuminati.

Number 3: 

Three (3) is the first sacred number, the first perfect number (Westcott, p. 41). Three represents the Pagan Trinity." (Westcott, p. 37). It is represented geo-metrically in the triangle, and spiritually as the Third Eye Of Hinduism. Occultists will multiply and add three to other sacred numbers to create new numbers. However, they also group threes in two's and threes, because they believe in the principle of "intensification", i.e., that greater power is achieved when a sacred number is grouped. In the case of three, greater intensification is achieved when it is shown as 33, or 333. 333 + 333 equals 666. Occultists have used 333 as the hidden symbol by which they present the more offensive number 666. When the details of an event are so arranged as to contain certain sacred occult numbers or numeric combinations, this is literally an occult signature on the event. Number 6:

Number 7:

Seven (7) is a sacred number. Van Buren calls 7 "one of the most sacred of all the numbers…the Invisible Centre, the Spirit of everything". Eleven (11) is a sacred number. When eleven is multiplied by the perfect number 3, the number 33 is produced, a number of tremendous occult importance. Notice that the Bilderberg Group has core of 39 members who are broken into 3 groups of 13 members in each group. Notice that the core of 39 answers to the 13 who make up the Policy Committee. The W.T.C. Disaster

This attack on the American people in my opinion is not from Bin Laden (this doesn't mean he isn't guilty of  participating in this disaster or of other attacks around the globe.) but from our own Government against its citizens by the occult leaders in various positions to facilitate the New World Order of the Anti-Christ. This attack was surrounded by occult symbolism and their numerology. Your tactics are failing you. Your spraying of bio-engineered organisms, heavy metals , neurotoxins and disease have been detected all around de world.

Your corporate media channels are being discarded for real journalism and independent news sources. Your attempts to incite mass violence and rioting in the populace has failed. The ruse of your monetary system has been uncovered, and when it collapses, and it will, your infinite pool of wealth will be depleted.

You have suppressed vast technological advances from the people; instead you have used them for your own goals.

You hide and you plan and you scheme in the dark alleys, in the vehement anticipation that your draconic plans will succeed. The dreams of a thousand men crystallized in one moment; one moment that approaches with every hour that passes.

The time is upon us.

You know this. You have prepared. Perhaps you have concluded that the path you have set in motion will be the blueprint for events to come. In this you are probably correct.

You have shaped the Earth in your convenience. Shaped its' people, its' customs, its' morals. Many are blind, but they will awake.

You have poisoned and corrupted this world, turning its' people into willing slaves for your own gain. You have committed Mass murder, torture, perjury, embezzlement, fraud, deception, treason. These are just a few of your many crimes against humanity. Against earth. You see yourselves as a higher order, that rules are a concept to which you are foreign.

You are mistaken.

As you have conspired and betrayed over the aeons, we have watched. As you have pillaged and murdered and brainwashed, we have watched. As you have turned this world into a burning heath of war, we have watched.

And we have waitted. We have waitted too long. Gone is the time for words and diplomacy. Gone is the time for dismissal and compromise.

The New World Order, will not prevail.

Your undisputed tyranny over the people must come to an end. Anonymous has decided that you will no longer be in control. You will crumble, your proud society a fragment of its' apophthegmatic wealth. You are cowards, and Anonymous will show the world for what you are.
