The top US criminal corporate government representative in Japan, Edward Nye, will no longer be welcome in Asia following the release of new information about his links to the March 11, 2011 nuclear and tsunami terror attack on Japan. He is believed to be the author of a February, 2000 CIA report on the Japanese energy sector that stated the following: “In order to prevent Japanese national power from becoming any stronger and to prevent a resurgence of anti-American feeling in Japan it is necessary to put hand-cuffs on Japan’s energy sector over the long term. Nuclear energy now accounts for 30% of Japan’s power production. The most effective counter measure would be to neutralize the main concentration of Japanese nuclear know-how, the Tokyo Electric Power Corporation. TEPCO has Japan’s largest market capitalization and it is a leader of Japan’s corporate and financial world. It is also very trusted by the Japanese people. To prevent Japan from becoming a nuclear power, it is necessary to destroy trust in TEPCO and drastically set back Japan’s progress in nuclear power.” This CIA report was quoted in the November 2002 issue of Zaikai Tenbo, a leading Japanese business magazine.
Many of the top Japanese and Korean agents working for the US corporate government in Japan have already been or are about to be purged and now all “Japan handlers,” working for the criminal corporate US mafia government are being advised to get out of Japan and never come back.
There was also a meeting last week between representatives of the committee of 300, the White Dragon Society and an Asian secret society last week to discuss the new financial system.

At the meeting, the committee of 300 representative, who we will refer to as J., offered the White Dragon Society a 1200 trillion dollar “Elizabeth Victory Bond.” However, once again, it was not made clear exactly what real world stuff actually backed this astronomical number (remember world GDP is about $75 trillion). The White Dragon Society made a counter proposal which was for an initial donation of $100 million to the White Dragon Foundation to be used to hire experts to begin planning the establishment of a world economic planning agency. Further payments would be contingent on the presentation of detailed, publicly acceptable and concrete development plans.

There was also a lot of discussion about Asian gold stashes. J. claimed that most of the gold in the Philippines was removed after World War 2 and that since more than 50 years had passed the statute of limitations had run out and any claims to historical rights to that gold had thus expired.

There was some heated discussion between the 3 parties on the subject of Chinese gold that was evacuated to the US in 1938. The Kuomintang government of the time was given 60 year bonds backed by that gold and was given solemn promises the gold would be returned in 1998. In fact the Rockefellers, Warburgs, Rothschilds, Mellons, Morgans, Harrimans and other families behind the US Federal Reserve Board never intended to give the gold back. When Nixon restored US diplomatic relations with communist China in 1972, he gave a chunk of that gold to the Chinese communists. Needless to say a lot of mainland Chinese pockets were greased with that gold and the original owners are not too happy about that situation.

A Chinese communist government agent present at that meeting said the communist party considers all that historical gold and treasure in China to be property of the Chinese people. However, he said any Chinese gold taken out of China and deposited in Asia or elsewhere should be used for global economic development and that the Chinese communist government laid no claim on it.

There was thus a general agreement the gold should be used to back the new financial system. J. said the committee of 300 would also accept the use of that gold as a backing for any dollars or euros to be created in the future.

J. who claims links to the Japanese imperial family also had some interesting history to share. He said Japan’s share of the gold removed from the Philippines after WW2 was handled by a Mr. Shimura (no first name given) who was the real power behind post-war Japanese fixers like Yoshio Kodama and Ryoichi Sasagawa. The now deceased Shimura was able to call Prime Ministers and get them to immediately drop parliamentary business to hurry to his side, according to J.

J. was introduced to this writer by the head of a major financial institution who is also a member of an Asian secret society.

Shimura, who was the top committee of 300 representative in Japan, hosted, as students, such Asian leaders as Lee Kuan Yew, Aung San the father of Myanmar Western darling Aung San Suu Kyi, Japan Democratic Party power broker Ichiro Ozawa and Chinese politburo member Li Keqiang among others.

He also said Chinese paramount leader Hu Jintao had a Japanese mother and spent time at Japan’s Waseda University as a student (this is not mentioned in Hu’s official CV). Hu is fluent in Japanese, according to J.
Needless to say, we could not independently verify much of this information and remain wary of the possibility that J. provided this writer with a mix of information and disinformation. However, most of what he said fits in with reports from other inside sources and information available in the public record.

In any case, the battle against the financial mafia that illegally seized power in the West is proceeding well.

The situation has reached the point where anybody with access to the internet can see that the G5 terrorist countries (the USA, Germany, France, England and Italy) and their shrinking group of slave states (like the Gulf of Arabia monarchies run by Satanists) are being steadily isolated.

The non-aligned movement that favors world peace now includes over 140 states including the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa). The war-mongering NATO group meeting in Chicago this week, by contrast, only includes 28 countries.

These 28 countries as a whole are dependent on financing from the other 140 nations. Jacking up the price of oil sold by NATOs middle-Eastern slave states is just not enough to pay the bills any more. Sabotaging Japan’s nuclear industry and forcing Japan to buy more oil has not been enough either. That is why there is this “world financial crisis,” which is really just a Western world financial crisis.

5-11-2012  Newshound Guru Doc   We see something very interesting in the overall timeline.  We continue with the opinion that we need to see chapter 7 lifted, Ebril/HCl implemented and article 8 status of the currency for the RV.  Chapter 7 could be done on June 15 when the UNSC meets next and it was reported that the HCl will be voted on when Parliament reconvenes. What is interesting is Parliament will reconvene on ?  You guessed it, mid June. Also, Maliki could easily be gone by then and a fully seated GOI put in place.   On top of all this a news release said the tariffs would be effective July 1.  It seems as if the timeline is converging around mid to late June.  However, we continue to caution all that Maliki will not go quietly and Iraq is notorious for delays.  We will be watching very intently as we approach mid June for these key issues to finally be resolved.  We report, you decide

He's doing everything he can to stay in power right now. We're not sure yet which direction it will go. If they believe they have the necessary 163 votes to remove him they'll move ahead with the no-confidence, if not then they may prefer to reach an agreement with Maliki after he meets their terms and we'll see a National Meeting. These next couple days will tell us. One way or another it will be resolved. Should be interesting.

5-11-2012  Newshound Guru Doc   The Maliki saga continues to take center stage.  It would appear from the news he may believe there are enough votes to remove him.  Reports state he has threatened to do anything from removing  military protection from Kurdistan, taking Talabani out, not running for a third term to immediately stepping down.  He even went on TV saying he has been calling for the NC but the other blocs are delaying and not enacting laws to serve the people of Iraq.  We are starting to be of the opinion that there actually may be enough votes to take him out. We do agree if Maliki is removed Jaafari will most likely be name interim PM.  In fact there are several reports of personal meeting between Jaafari and Talabani.  ["continued in post 2...stay tuned"]

The CoR (Council of Representatives) who among other things pass federal laws, ratify treaties, and approve nominations of specified officials, recently approved the largest budget in the country's history.

Here's the problem, as Shabibi just stated a few days ago: a resolution to the current political crisis is imperative to economic growth, the implementation of removal of the zeros project and the raising of the IQD's exhange rate. This is further illustrated by this SIGR report that states Iraq's currency reform project, the goal of which is to remove the zeros from the nominal value and raise the exchange rate of the IQD to a level close or equal to the USD, has been postponed due to political tensions.

SWFloridaGuy] 5-10-2012 BGG: Maliki's only way out of this is the National Meeting. He believes that he will receive a no-confidence if there's no meeting and if he goes down he wants to take Talabani down with him. That's what that threat was about. Ultimately, I think we're really close to this being over. 

 

We can see this stuff unfolding in the public eye. All the information we're seeing is happening right before us. It doesn't require a super secret intel source. There are only a few real sources who would know anyway and they're not going to talk to anyone. There should be some hot and heavy negotiations over the weekend but I don't know how far they will go, they may already have their minds set on which direction they are going to take this. 

This is a very exciting time to be involved in this investment. It won't take Jafaari that long to sort this out. As soon as they deal with Maliki Jafaari will jump back in there as a peace maker. Keep an eye out this weekend, it's going to be very interesting to see what happens. We should have a legitimate change in the next 2-10 days.

Maliki is scrambling to comply, or at least appear compliant, to the 9-point ultimatum letter that he received. One of those 9 points was calling for the adoption of Erbil. 5-9-2012  Newshound Guru Doc   Several news releases continue to show Kuwait's support for the release of chapter 7.  The ambassador to Iraq virtually was quoted as saying do it now!  There was an article that indicated an UN official as saying implementation of some of the items to resolve outstanding issues between Kuwait and Iraq may take up to 8 months.  We do not believe this was referring to the time of release from chapter 7 but full implementation of those items that prevent chapter 7 release such as UN resolution 833.  The overall language from Kuwait and Iraq still shows an expected release most probably by the June 15 UNSC meeting. Whenever you delete data, it's NOT really deleted from the hdd (hard drive) at but rather moved to an unused portion of the hdd known as "free space" where it will remain UNTIL that free space is overwritten (replaced)

by other data, sometimes it may have to be overwritten more than once to 
truly erase the original data.

Let's clear up a couple of misconceptions about this.

1) I'll just reformat my hdd and everything will be gone.
FALSE! Even after a reformat, a simple recovery program can EASILY find 
and restore old data!

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State

Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush's administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.

On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to

force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By

signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nationsand individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.

The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened. Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as government health care will be forced on us by the Obama administration through whatever means necessary,  so will gun control.

“One of the most important decisions for Borrowers Rights in the history of Hawaii has been made with this decision,” remarked Honolulu attorney Gary Dubin.  Honorable Judge J. Michael Seabright of the Hawaii United States District Court, today GRANTED the homeowners’ Motion to Dismiss the case filed against them in federal district court by Plaintiff Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-NC1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC1. 
The Williamses (Leigafoalii Tafue Williams and Papu Christopher Williams), who were represented by Honolulu attorney, James J. Bickerton (Jim), of Bickerton Lee Dang & Sullivan, filed a Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1), in which they argue, among other things, that Plaintiff has no standing to foreclose because it has not established that it was validly assigned the Mortgage and Note.
The Court noted that: “Because the court finds that Plaintiff has failed to establish its standing to bring this action, the court need not reach the Williamses’ other arguments for dismissal.”
Honorable Judge J. Michael Seabright gets it!  And his ORDER was detailed.  In the Discussion, Judge Seabright notes an argument that homeowners have being trying to persuade the courts (especially at the lower state levels) to grasp: STANDING and JURISDICTION.
“Standing is a requirement grounded in Article III of the United States Constitution, and a defect in standing cannot be waived by the parties. Chapman v. Pier 1 Imports (US.) Inc., 631 F.3d 939,954 (9th Cir. 2011). A litigant must have both constitutional standing and prudential standing for a federal court to exercise jurisdiction over the case. Elk Grove Unified Sch. Dist. v. Newdow, 542 U.S. 1, 11 (2004). Constitutional standing requires the plaintiff to “show that the conduct of which he complains has caused him to suffer an ‘injury in fact’ that a favorable judgment will redress.” Id. at 12. In comparison, “prudential standing encompasses the general prohibition on a litigant’s raising another person’s legal rights.” Id. (citation and quotation signals omitted); see also Oregon v. Legal Servs. Corp., 552 F.3d 965, 971 (9th Cir. 2009).”
Let’s continue – but we’ll get back to that injury issue later in the post.
The WILLIAMSES’ ORDER continues: “The Williamses factually attack Plaintiff’s prudential standing to foreclose, arguing that there is no evidence establishing that Plaintiff was validly assigned the Mortgage and Note on the subject property. The issue of whether Plaintiff was validly assigned the Mortgage and Note is inextricably intertwined with the merits of the Plaintiffs claims seeking to foreclose…”
Of course, this was a New Century Mortgage (Home123) and the Plaintiffs were taking part in a fabricated assignment in 2009 to a 2007 Trust… (that boat had sailed 2 years before because theTrust had long since closed) – but even more compelling in the Motion to Dismiss-Memorandum was the Williamses assertion that New Century aka Home123 was in a liquidating bankruptcy as of August 1, 2008 and they had nothing to assign in January 2009.
Deutsche argued that the Williamses were not parties or beneficiaries to the assignment such that they cannot challenge it… [we've heard that before, yeah?].  However, the Judge Seabright clarifies a valid point:
“Plaintiffs argument confuses a borrower’s, as opposed to a lender’s, standing to raise affirmative claims. In Williams v. Rickard, 2011 WL 2116995, at *5 (D. Haw. May 25, 2011), — which involved the same parties in this action and in which Lei Williams asserted affirmative claims against Deutsche Bank – Chief Judge Susan Oki Mollway explained the difference between the two:
“…Standing” is a plaintiff’s requirement, and … Defendants must establish “standing” to defend themselves.”“
Judge Seabright continues:  ”Deutsche Bank asserts affirmative claims against the Williamses seeking to enforce the Mortgage and Note, and therefore must establish its legal right (i.e., standing) to do so. See, e.g., IndyMac Bank v. Miguel, 117 Haw. 506, 513, 184 P.3d 821, 828 (Haw. App. 2008) (explaining that for standing, a mortgagee must have “a sufficient interest in the Mortgage to have suffered an injury from [the mortgagor's] default”).”
Attorney Bickerton faced off in court and explained to the Judge in oral argument that the banks didn’t just miss the date to file their assignments or needed to tidy up paperwork, this was a ‘Business model using the loans for overnight lending.’  Bickerton told the Court that if this wasn’t dismissed, his first line of discovery would be geared to uncover the outside financial advantages being derived from the use of the Williamses’ loan.
Understanding the premeditated intentions of these banks, how they pledge, collaterize, swap, sell, lease,and trade these loans that are SUPPOSED to have been in a static trust will open the eyes of lawmakers to the real moral hazard – the fraud upon the homeowners, the courts and the state.
Jim Bickerton profoundly says that, “every foreclosure in the state is a victim of this shadow banking scam.”

We’re connecting the dots, people with above average intelligence are realizing, just like Judge Seabright, that there are huge schemes behind the scenes of an everyday mortgage that the borrower never intended to participate in… and eventually we’ll know whether the application for a mortgage started the securitization process before the borrower signed the note making them securities with no disclosure, how many insurance policies were attached to the loans and when (we never agreed to be over insured which would give someone the incentive to “off” us)… it’s coming soon – to a court room near you…

On April 2, 2012 the foreign insurgent Obama met with his fellow international conspirators, Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper and Mexican President Felipe Calderón in WashingtonDC.  This get-together was billed as a conference on international trade but the discussion quickly turned to the necessity for new gun regulations and prohibitions in the United States for the security of Mexico, which I guess could be tied into international trade as Obama’sAttorney General Eric Holder has been and is engaged in international gun running and drug trafficking for profit throughout North America.

Barack Obama AKA Barry Soetoro AKA Barry the Rat, the South Side of Chicago back-ally gangster, is attending the 6^th Summit of the Americas in Colombia.  Again these meetings are being billed as trade conferences, but are they really?

Taking into consideration the actions we are seeing, through a coordinated effort between the plethoras of so called security agencies in the United States to orchestrate the necessary conditions to begin an attack upon our 2^ndAmendment, we should be looking very carefully at every meeting these international rothschild bankers are involved in.  We must understand that the international insurgency into the United States has become revealed to the point that they must act quickly if they are going to attempt to disarm the American population.

Look at the situation on its face.  We the American people of the American race are literally clearing the shelves of firearms and ammunition.  At the same time we are making it clear that we want to arm ourselves, those who are supposedly our representatives are taking actions to begin confiscating our guns.

Enter the US Army Military Personnel Exchange Program, wherein officers in the US Army are being exchanged with officers from countries around the world for the purported purpose of cross training for international crisis.  What is happening right before our eyes is the international rothschild bankers elite are putting together an international coalition army for the purpose of disarming the American citizens.

Understand, this army must be coordinated and considering the reality of diverse languages requires a communication system which has to be established before this foreign army can begin operations in the United States.  This is why we have all the cross training, in order to procure communication between the various foreign units.

This operation has been underway for many years now.  We all remember guns being confiscated from American citizens during the exercises conducted after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and right now there are Polish troops training in Illinois for gun confiscation in the United States.

The international insurgents within the United States government have declared that they will use drones against we the people.

Obama has signed the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 with Sections 1021 and 1022, authorizing military arrests and indefinite detentions of American citizens without any due process of law, in essence suspending habeas corpus just like Lincoln did at the beginning of the US Civil War.

Obama has signed the executive order National Defense Resources Preparedness designed to deny resources to US patriotic militia after the conflict begins.  You see this is not going to be a conventional war.  This country is our home.  There is no single supply line to be cut.  This is why the rothschild bankers  insurgency intends to seize all resources.

The American people are clearing the shelves of every gun and round of ammunition in a frenzy to arm themselves for what has become obviously inevitable.  We the American people of the American race, through the miracle of the internet, have found out and are finding out by the millions that the freedoms and liberties that we had believed to be omnipresent all of our lives have in reality never existed and that we and our country, under international law, are considered nothing more than the bonded property of the Vatican and the Queen of England.

The stage is set.  We have been given notice that the ruling elite are not going to allow us to elect Ron Paul as our next president to free ourselves from our bondage.  We are finding out that the only reason we have been allowed to keep our guns to this point is to maintain the illusion that this is our country and give us cause to believe we have been fighting as patriots and killing people all over the world for our Republic and our Constitution.  When in reality we have never been nothing more than corporate conscripts fighting and dying to capture the wealth of other countries for those who believe they own us on paper through international treaties.

This outrage can only be settled one way and I think we all know what that is.  God pray that we keep this true history secured as recorded for the purpose of assuring that when our Republic is established this time, it, our country, and the freedom, liberty, and prosperity it represents will be the sole property of those who will have fought and died for it.
